” I cannot say enough good things about Ari.  She has completely changed my life.  I started working with her about 7 months ago and my lifestyle has transformed since then.  I was someone who thought I was generally “healthy”.  I always worked out and thought I was preparing well-balanced meals.  Enter Ari.  Ari worked with me to explain why I was always feeling hungry and why what I perceived to be healthy, actually wasn’t.  Since meeting with her I have lost 13 pounds.  I am also anemic and my iron levels have never been better!  My favorite part about working with Ari is she makes everything approachable and she makes herself so accessible!  If I am ever feeling down, frustrated, or like I am getting of track, she will respond(almost instantly) with words of encouragement, motivation and talk to me about getting back to where I want to be.  I never feel like I am “dieting” because it is truly just a change in lifestyle.  I am so grateful to her for everything she has taught me and look forward to a continued relationship with her. “I reached out to Ari when I was truly feeling at my lowest of lows. I had 6 months until I was to marry the man of my dreams, but I felt so insecure about where I was in life that I didn’t even want to go wedding dress shopping. I deleted full body pictures because I was so embarrassed of how I looked. I skipped the summer pool parties and boating weekends because I didn’t want people to see me in a swimsuit. I spent 2 weeks this past summer in Italy and Croatia sailing, and have hardly no pictures to reminisce because of how ashamed I felt of my body. I had digestive issues that Doctors couldn’t diagnose or fix. I became so bloated after eating that I was certain I looked 7 months pregnant. I was consistently working out, but not strengthening, leaning, or toning. But I was GF and DF and calorie counting and thought I ate relatively  healthy, but was always hungry and obsessing over the scale and why I wasn’t losing weight. I tried every fad diet out there that worked for “this” friend or “that” friend, but how come they weren’t magically working for me?

And then…. I met my favorite Nutritionist, Ari. We started slow and made gradual improvements to my lifestyle (let me reiterate lifestyle NOT diet) that have helped me not only lose weight, but feel GREAT!

Ari introduced me to her famous breakfast smoothie, which helped me stabilize my blood sugar and has helped to completely vanish my hangriness! Ari taught me that I don’t need a million different supplements to feel good. She introduced me to meditation apps and breathing exercises that have helped relieve work stressors and anxiety. She paid attention to my food diary and was able to pinpoint the certain foods that were causing my bloat and upset stomach. She helped me better plan out and mix up my weekly workout regime to achieve the results I’d never seen after YEARS of hitting the gym. She challenged me but didn’t make me totally eliminate the things I love such as pizza, chocolate and red wine (except for dry January which ended up being TOTALLY worth it!) What she did do was help me find healthier alternatives, taught me portion control through intuitive eating (not calorie counting) and everything in moderation. Ari has truly helped me become a better version of myself. This is a journey, not a destination and I’m so thankful for her. Thank you for bringing my confidence back!!!!”
